Chocolate Puffs

The Kitchen Police won’t let me be! Yesterday was St. Valentine’s Day. So, Laura made me these heart-shaped chocolate-filled puffs. Now, no sugar in the dough and no-sugar chocolate, always pieces of Lindt chocolate, melted and inserted in the puffs. I had one of them for the afternoon snack, called ‘merenda’ in Italian. And, one after dinner, while watching TV and drinking my camomille brew. So, were they good? Cheetahs got pickup?
